Flavors Restaurant serves Elvis Presley-themed menu this August. Diners can try the Elvis Sandwich, consisting of caramelized bananas, crisp bacon, creamy peanut butter and toasted bread.
Flavors is Holiday Inn & Suites Makati’s all-day dining restaurant located in the fourth floor.
On Sundays, Flavors serves Bacon Sunday Brunch.
At Oz Bar, the hotel’s poolside tequila bar, guests get a complimentary Pool Bear for every order of “The King” cocktail for only P450+.

The Mid-Autumn Festival, popularly known as the Mooncake Festival in China, is celebrated at Makati Shangri-La, which offers a variety of classic, snowskin and custard mooncakes until Sept. 20.

New pizza flavors at Papa John’s
Papa John’s offers new pizza concoctions such as the Tuscan Six Cheese, which is decked with the fine cheese variants (Mozzarella, Parmesan, Romano, Asiago, Provolone and Fontina) and finished off with Italian herb seasoning; and John’s Favorite, which comes in nine-, 12- and 14-inch sizes and combines pepperoni and sausage, spread generously on a base of six delicious cheeses.

Makati Shangri-La’s executive Japanese chef Wataru Hikawa prepares a collection of sushi for Inagiku’s Third Wave Sushi until Aug. 31.
