A lot of Filipinos beamed with pride upon seeing lone Filipino Winter Olympian Michael Martinez compete in Sochi, Russia, and a lot have shown their support, even creating artwork inspired by him.
“This boy is nothing short of inspiring. I hope this paves the way for a brighter future for Filipino athletes,” said 2bU artist Natasha Ringor when she created this artwork as a tribute to Martinez.
