In New York City, talk is rife that the flamboyant son of a former top official is now a queen—officially.
The Ru Paul wannabe, last we heard, worked for a popular American fashion designer.
The family made headlines in a financial controversy. In 2009, the queen, er, son made no attempt to quell talk about his and his kin’s ostentatious ways when he was interviewed all cocky and living it up.
Looks like he finally let everything hang loose.
Monique Lhuillier opens on Madison

Also in Manhattan, Hollywood’s favorite red-carpet and bridal wear designer Monique Lhuillier joins the prestigious row of Madison Avenue designers as she opens her dream store in the Big Apple.
The Filipina designer, whose base is Los Angeles, California, joins neighbors Valentino, Prada, Ralph Lauren, Carolina Herrera, Vera Wang, Chanel, Christian Loubotin and Jimmy Choo in her New York address.
Lhuillier’s celebrity clients include Reese Witherspoon, Gwyneth Paltrow, Hilary Swank, Jennifer Lopez.
