Acacia Hotel Manila’s A-steakhouse promises warm beginnings with its hearty soup choices such as Lobster Bisque (rich, smooth and creamy bisque made of fresh lobster meat) and Acacia’s Signature French Onion Soup (homemade beef broth with caramelized onions, melted gruyere cheese and crisp golden croutons). Fresh starters such as succulent Iced Jumbo Prawn Cocktail (king prawns blanched in court-bouillon served in delicious cocktail sauce), Oyster Rockefeller (plump fresh oysters topped with spinach and baked to golden brown) and Acacia Steakhouse Salad (mixed greens with beef tenderloin strips, shrimps, smoked salmon, mango, orange and kani sticks served with Goma Dare Dressing or Japanese Vinaigrette) will refresh the palette.

At A-steakhouse, all the meat is certified USDA Prime, from Prime Grilled T-Bone Steak 400 g, to Rib Eye Steak 240 g, Fillet Mignon 200 g, Petit Fillet Mignon 160 g, Lamb Chops and Glazed Chicken Leg Quarter drizzled with one’s choice of Demi Glace, Red Wine, Peppercorn, Wild Mushroom, Mint Jelly, Horseradish Cream or Béarnaise sauce.

Pair that steak with trimmings ranging from crisp vegetables to rice selections. Diners who want to take things light for the day are invited to try the Lobster Thermidore, Chilean Sea Bass 200 g and Atlantic Salmon Fillet 200 g to name a few.

For a less overwhelming menu, diners may also order from the Chef’s Choice of a fine dining meal consisting of appetizer, main course and dessert all for only P999+ per order.
