National Book Store’s Great Warehouse Sale starts tomorrow, August 13. Super went for a sneak peek so we can show you what you can buy there.

You can find the sale at the fourth level of National Book Store’s Quezon Avenue branch. When you get off the escalator, this is what will greet you. Shelves and shelves and tables and tables of great deals.

If you’re looking for fiction, you’re in luck. There are shelves and shelves devoted to novels.

Speaking of Christmas, they don’t just sell books at the Great Warehouse Sale, you can find Christmas trees, gift bags, decor, office supplies, electronics and more.

We paid P30 for “Argo,” “Ox Travels,” Enid Blyton’s “The Magic Ice Cream,” Amy Winehouse’s biography and “The Amazing Adventures of the Escapist.”Kevin Smith’s “Tough Shit” was P75. We bought “Alice in Wonderland,” Augusten Burroughs’ “Sellevision,” and “Jumped, Fell or Pushed?” for P100 each. “Script Tease”and Chuck Palahniuk’s “Doomed” were P200 each.

This pile of eleven books just cost P925.
