Bun Appetit has been serving delicious seafood rolls—Maine lobster, crab, shrimp—for a year now. Its garlic noodles and Mexican corn are popular with foodies, too.

And now, husband-and-wife team Lawrence Cua and Iya Jimenez-Cua have introduced a new tasty treat: crab claws. “They’re Iya’s favorite because her father used to prepare and pick the crab meat before serving them,” said Lawrence.

They first served crab claws as a first-anniversary freebie for customers who purchased three of their seafood rolls. They were such a big hit that they decided to add them to their menu.

“Crab claws and on-the-go are words that would not normally be together in a sentence. Sometimes cracking the shell and picking the meat add to the thrill but, most of the time, you just want to skip these tedious steps. Our crab claws are ready to eat,” Lawrence said.

An order costs P245 and gets you about 12 pieces of crab cocktail claws served conveniently in a cup for easy eating. The claws come with Sriracha and our favorite lemon butter sauce.
