Nunelucio Alvarado’s solo exhibit titled “AraKaSaDughanKo” (You Are In My Heart),” opens at Galerie Anna on Nov. 3.

In his classic sharply angular style, richly patterned and hard-edged, contoured style, Alvarado explores emotions awakened by memories.

“Wit of The Staircase” exhibit featuring paintings by Christina Quisumbing Ramilo is ongoing until Nov. 21 in ArtInformal.

Spanish fashion at Benilde

“Trend Spotters: The Essential Names in Spanish Fashion,” a photo and audiovisual exhibit on 40 years of Spanish fashion, is ongoing at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) School of Design and Arts Amphitheater until Dec. 4.

The show is being presented by the Embassy of Spain in the Philippines and CentroCentro, in collaboration with DLS-CSB and Instituto Cervantes.

“Trend Spotters” presents 67 images and 20 audiovisual documentaries on and interviews with designers who have made a mark on the Spanish fashion industry.
