Cheese-and-wine pairings are featured in “La Petite Foire Du Fromage (A Mini Cheese Fair)”  today, Aug. 27, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., at Wine Story in Serendra, Bonifacio High Street, Taguig City (tel. 8466310). Featured cheeses include the proudly Philippine-made La Latteria.  There will be a Burrata-making demonstration, as well as a collaborative class on cheese and wine pairing.
