The chefs at New World Makati Hotel, in partnership with the Australian Trade Commission and the State Government of Victoria, Australia, share their expertise in high-quality meats, wines and cheeses through a hotel-wide Australian promotion until Nov. 8.
Executive chef Robert Davis and guest chef Tim Hollands kicked off the promo on Oct. 1, with a curated wine and cheese pairing, followed by a presentation of the menu items for Jasmine restaurant, Café 1228 and The Lounge.
Hollands is the owner and head chef of HF promotions and Tim Hollands Catering. His approach and passion for food delivers a unique culinary experience in Victoria, Australia.
