Krispy Kreme fund-raiser | Lifestyle.INQ

OCTOBER 27, 2022

Krispy Kreme recently relaunched its flagship store in Bonifacio Global City with a new look and products designed to delight customers for an enjoyable #KrispyKremeMoment.

It launched its “Raise Some Dough” project to raise P100,000 to support World Vision-assisted schools in Bataan Shipping and Engineering Company (Baseco) compound in Tondo, Manila.

People enjoyed treats, making the fund-raising initiative a success. Thanks to Krispy Kreme customers, education will become more accessible for children in the Baseco community.

Various promotions included the 10th year anniversary special offer of one dozen doughnuts for P299, the raffle promo for 10 winners of one-year supply of doughnuts and coffee, and free coffee for every doughnut purchase for Krispy Kreme Mobile App users.

“Krispy Kreme always places a premium on reaching out to communities, particularly through education for the next generation,” said Krispy Kreme Philippines CEO Sharon Fuentebella.

Krispy Kreme’s team up with World Vision began in December 2015, when they launched their one-day initiative during the brand’s Crafty Christmas event at the Fort. Customers designed their own Krispy Kreme tin cans, and P20 was donated to World Vision for every tin can purchase.

The partnership has also successfully completed the improvement of Imelda Elementary School’s Science Laboratory in Malabon, and targets to fully turnover the rest of the new and improved classrooms by 2017.
