Pia Wurtzbach’s closest of friends were with her during her lowest times, and now they’re still with her during her happiest times.

One of these recent celebratory moments was the tribute dinner for Miss Universe 2015 hosted by Okada Manila. It turned out to be an intimate get-together for Pia’s good friends Harley Tan and Nina Almoro—despite the tight security and the packed ballroom, with the 2016 Miss Universe delegates as guests.

Harley—Pia’s best friend, the “sunshine” of the group because of the levity and cheer he brings to their gatherings—also happens to be a good friend of Miss Philippines 2016 Maxine Medina.

He made his way around the ballroom, socializing with the delegates and taking some photo ops with them.
