Creative way of dealing with leftovers

Every day we have to deal with leftovers. Leftover chips, flour or rice with too big a bag or bags that don’t seal well are a constant problem. Here’s a solution that kills two birds with one stone. You can keep these foods sealed and fresh by using the tops of plastic bottles—you lessen your carbon footprint and contribute to keeping the world green! Here’s how.

You will need:

Plastic bag

Plastic bottle with cap (water bottle, cooking oil bottle, etc).

1.Cut the upper half of the plastic bottle.

2. Push the open end of the plastic bag through the bottle neck.

3. Pull plastic bag through.

4. Spread out the ends of the plastic bag around the bottle opening.

5. Seal with the cap.
