It’s curtains down for the much beloved Franco’s at Power Plant Mall | Lifestyle.INQ

OCTOBER 27, 2022

FRANCO’S, the casual dining family restaurant, known for its quirky, playful interiors, and not-so-ordinary comfort food selections like Angus Beef Sisig, Tinapa Cream Cheese Cigars, hefty char-grilled 500-gram steaks, and authentic Reuben sandwiches, will close its doors on June 30 after a successful 11-year run.

“We are happy with Franco’s and how the market has embraced our brand for the past 11 years,” says chef restaurateur Ramon Eugenio, “but the team is moving forward and will be devoting their time studying emerging restaurant trends and trying out fresh and exciting concepts for the brand. We’ll make the announcement when it’s the right time.”

For its final day, July 2, fans of Franco’s will get to enjoy an 11% discount on all food items to celebrate the restaurant’s 11 years. Indulge in their premium steaks, Oysters Rockefeller, Fresh Aklan Oysters, gourmet Three Cheese, Barcelona, Shrimp and Anchovy and Romana pizzas, Chicken
Waldorf, and Roast Beef sandwiches and pastas.

After its closure on June 30, Franco’s habitués may still avail of choice dishes from the restaurant’s sister establishments: Myron’s at Ascott Makati; and The Flying Pan at Citadines Salcedo Makati.

Franco’s is located on the lower ground level of the Power Plant Mall, Rockwell Makati City.
