When people talk about the southern part of Metro Manila, they instantly think of Alabang, with its chill and laid-back vibe.

A short drive from the Alabang area, tucked away in the suburbs, is a new destination even northerners drive to the south for. It’s called Container Turf and it’s the newest food park located along Aguirre Street in BF Homes, Parañaque City.

Students in the area come here after school, especially on Fridays, just to relax, hang out with friends and, of course, eat.

Each of the 34 food stalls features a unique look, distinct design and delicious offerings. A day definitely isn’t enough to sample all the mouthwatering treats.

To be You made the rounds at Container Turf and recommends some of the tastiest dishes worth a trip to the south.

Hash browns are not just for breakfast anymore. Try the Hash Buff, which has taco meat or Hash Mike if you love Spam.

South Spice Hut

People typically associate Indian food with curry; while that’s true, it also makes use of many exotic flavors. Try the Chicken Biryani with Crunchy Roti and Curry Wings, an “Indian” version of Buffalo Wings.
