A new upscale showroom by Ayala Land Premier will treat prospective buyers to a virtual reality tour and a give them a look into a large scale city model

Located at the the fourth level of Greenbelt 5, the showroom targets high-end buyers. Ayala claims the showroom is the first of its kind in the country.

Clients could get a brief look at one of the spaces offered through a 3D tour.

The large-scale city model aids in providing perspective regarding the location of specific Ayala properties. Lights around and inside the scale model help to highlight exact locations and landmarks. These are all controlled wirelessly through a tablet. Locations present on the model include Makati, Ninoy Aquino International Airport and parts of Quezon City.

Here’s the Makati area up close:

A separate presentation room combines the use of a traditional projector presentation and animated 3D mapping technology. 3D mapping has been getting more use in big events recently, but a small-scale application like this has been rare so far, due to its prohibitive cost.

Two high-resolution short-throw projectors are hung from the ceiling to create this image over the physical model:

The setup reverts to a “Tron-like” mode when on standby:

Should clients want a more hands-on approach, they can be ushered into the mock-up room. The current setup represents one of the Arbor Lanes rooms available for purchase.

The company believes that using these new technological tools help to create a better experience for customers.

Prospective buyers may visit the showroom between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. JB
