MANILA, Philippines – Many have noticed actress’ Anne Curtis’ full, luscious lips that has made her the “Angelina Jolie of the Philippines”. Sharing the same belief of empowering women, plus, of course, her personal love for lipsticks, Curtis said being the newest addition to the Avon Family was a “dream come true.”

“It’s a dream come true for me to be working with Avon because I love that it represents women empowerment and I am all for that,” she said, adding that it was easy to accept Avon’s offer even when she had been wanting to have her own lipstick line.

More so, Curtis said lipstick was very important for women because aside from clothes, a good lip color was another thing that could jazz up one’s look for an evening out, or for a meeting in the day.

“It’s something that you have to have in your purse. Two shades, one for the evening and one for everyday purposes,” she said.

But as Avon will say, “Why just color when you can shine?”

To Curtis, it is important to use a product that combines color and shine, like Avon Shine Attract lipstick, because as cliché as it may sound, she said it added extra shine to one’s life and an instant change to one’s look.
