Sexy Chef has holiday Gift of Health sale

By

What is your Christmas wish? When we were kids, our answer may have been, “I want Santa to give me a new Barbie doll!” or “Nintendo!”

But in our mid to late teens, as we became more and more conscious of our appearance, many of us started to wish and would have given anything for smooth, pimple-free skin and a slimmer figure. We thought, “If only I could lose 10 pounds, my crush would like me and I would be so much happier!”

In adulthood, we may have graduated to wanting more meaningful things, such as self-fulfillment in our careers and relationships, but our desire to look and feel our best never wanes. We find a direct connection between our health, the way we look and our ability to succeed.

This is why eight years ago, my sister Barni Alejandro-Rennebeck and I were inspired to start a diet food delivery and event catering service called The Sexy Chef, OBC 5 Star, Inc.

These days, I divide my time between singing engagements and my duties as co-owner and VP for marketing of The Sexy Chef. I don’t have time to cook for my husband anymore, something I started to enjoy when we lived in New York briefly. How convenient that I can just order meals and even our Christmas give-away from The Sexy Chef!

What better present can you give a loved one this Christmas than the gift of health? This year, we have a holiday promo called Gift of Health Sale.

Until Dec. 20, one may purchase gift certificates for selected diet programs at 20-percent off. These may be redeemed by you or the recipients until Dec. 20 and from Jan. 5-March 31, 2013.

Those who wish to look fabulous for those Christmas parties and family reunions might consider the five days of Dine Lite 350 Calorie lunch and dinner meals priced at P1,990.

Catered parties

Year after year our mom, chef Myrna Demauro, treats us to unforgettable Noche Buena feasts. “It’s my labor of love for my family,” she likes to say.

This passion resulted in The Sexy Chef’s sister outfit, Chef Mom’s D Lite, an event catering service.

This year, Chef Mom’s D Lite is offering affordable catering packages for as low as P200/head to P500/head, perfect for your family or company Christmas gathering. They also offer Party Platters of the most popular international dishes like Lasagna, Baked Chicken and Corn, Roast Beef in Mushroom Gravy and much more.

To order from The Sexy Chef, call 7217399 or 0917-799243, or visit www.thesexychef.ph. To book your event with Chef Mom’s D Lite, call 7258300 or 7258400; visit www.chefmomsdlite.com.
