UE holds ballpen art contest

Contestants from 17 schools in Metro Manila and nearby provinces will compete in the Sininglangan-Dos 2013 Inter-school On-the-Spot Ballpen Art Competition on Feb. 21, 7:30 a.m., at the University of the East (UE) Caloocan Open Field, sponsored by the UE Office of Cultural Affairs and the UE Caloocan College of Fine Arts, Architecture and Design (UE CFAD) in cooperation with National Commission for Culture and the Arts.

Ballpen art as a visual-art genre was introduced by the late UE CFAD college secretary Lito de Guzman. Call tel. 3623813.
