KRIS Aquino and James Yap are not meant to be together, apparently. Not even to be in the same affluent suburbia.

Perhaps wanting a change eventually from condo living, Kris, it is said, bought a few lots in a high-end development in the south. This budding community is favored for its near-exclusivity, lush natural surroundings and orchards, sloping terrain, and fine-architecture homes. It’s ideal for both retirees and early nesters.

So why shouldn’t a much-in-demand athlete-celeb James Yap be drawn to living in that community, too? Nothing should deter him from investing in a property there, especially since he can well afford it.
