THERE ARE LOTS OF SCENTS out this season. One of the most trusted scents is Chanel No. 5 which was created in 1925. It is still considered one of the most popular and recognized scents. I know a couple of women who?ve made this their signature scent and amazingly it does quite smell different on each one, but smells equally good.
Choosing one?s scent or one to give out is something very personal. In fact, it would not be to your advantage if you keep changing scents every time a new one comes out. Making a scent your own is fashionable. But copying a person?s scent because it smells good on her won?t always work for you. It has a lot to do with body chemistry and personality. In fact, going from one scent to another because it is the ?in? scent destroys one?s individuality.
If it is time to try a new scent though, there are a lot of ways to make it easy. Personally, I like checking out new scents from the same designer or brand. I?ve noticed they come up with scents I am attracted too as well. For example, Marc Jacobs. I like most of their scents since they?re light and make me feel good when I have it on. Also, I go by color. I am more inclined to scents that come in the same color of packaging. This is because most cool scents are in blue bottles, florals in pink, citrus in orange, etc.
Remember, you get attracted to scents that have the same notes and ingredients so familiarize yourself on what?s in your bottle. This is also an easy guide when choosing a scent to give out this season.
