WORLD-RENOWNED PASTRY chef Philippe Agnese will share his baking expertise at The Maya Kitchen on March 6, 2-6 p.m. The French national will demonstrate his signature Savory Party Breads like yogurt bread-based filled and baked with béchamel, kesong puti and corned beef Provencale, soft brioche with salted egg and Spanish-style spicy tuna filling, and soft brioche filled and baked with peach crumble and vanilla custard.
