DRESS UP YOUR HALLOWEEN TREATS. These easy DIY activities will surely keep your kids entertained.
The materials needed are lollipops, crepe or Japanese paper cut into 5x5-inch squares, double-sided tape and colored markers.
Take a lollipop and stick double-sided tape on top surface. Attach paper square over the lollipop. Using the colored markers, draw faces on the paper.
Use this to decorate a Halloween table-setting. Place a styrofoam board on a plate, cover it with moss and stick the lollipops through. The ghosts will appear as if they are floating.
Enhance Halloween décor with candles in ghoulish motifs. All you need for this activity is a candle, puffy paint tubes and glitter.
Choose a design for the candle. Trace the pattern or draw freehand with a pencil or tip of barbecue stick. This will create a shallow groove on the candle’s surface, revealing the design. Lightly dust baking tray with glitter. Roll the candle’s surface so it gets coated by the glitter. Go over your outline with your choice of colored puffy paint. When dry, use as table centerpiece or on window sill.
