The renowned world-class BoConcept design, contemporary art, wine sensations and culinary artistry were celebrated in the fantastic new 2010 BoConcept collection, catalogue and website.

The 2010 BoConcept collection is being celebrated across 27 nations, 86 cities and 115 BoConcept brand stores which began in Düsseldorf, Germany, on Sept. 3. The release party will end in Beirut, Lebanon, this month.

Levi?s Fall/Winter collection

The renowned Levi?s Philippines (www.levisloop.com.ph) celebrated Levi?s Loop Members Night with their Fall/Winter ?09 Collection, palanggas. It was a great mix of hangers-on, wannabes, models, the young and young at heart. A-listers had a blast at the swinging Mezzanine @ Nuvo.

Memories in watercolor

Vicky Fernandez-Zubiri is all-set for her grand debut as an artist, dahlings. For the past year she has dedicated most of her time on pursuing studies to improve her technique. She and her colleagues from the institute were invited by the University of Sun YatSen in Guang Zhou for a week-long exhibit and to do intensive workshops with master professor of Chinese watercolor from Guang Zhou Academy of Arts.

Vicky will have her first solo art exhibit of more than 40 artworks from both the awesome Chinese and western style at the Mezzanine Art Gallery of Peninsula Hotel for one week, which opens Nov. 12, 5:30 p.m. Part of proceeds is for the Assumption Malibay and typhoon victims, palanggas.

Clothes for a cause

You can really make a count-down, and know that Christmas is almost around the corner, palanggas, when the Catholic Women?s Club (CWC) is again organizing Clothes for a Cause as its last fundraiser for the year, to be held at Glorietta, Ayala Center on Nov. 13-15, 10 a.m.-12 midnight to coincide with Glorietta?s midnight madness, in cooperation with Ayala Land Inc (ALI) through the generosity of Bea Zobel de Ayala, a member of CWC, no less.

Slightly used clothes, brand-name bags, belts and shoes donated by celebrities, famous personalities, CWC members and friends will be sold at super reasonable prices.

Proceeds will go to Elsie Gaches Village.
