Condo with lounge-bar feel

LIVING room has industrial feel via tufted leather chairs, exposed installations,
distressed and concrete-gray walls and traditional wooden floors in the living room. Retro touches are recent photographs rendered in black and white.

When this marketing executive from a leading fast-food chain acquired a condo unit, he gave very clear directives to furniture and interior designer Wilmer Lopez. He wanted the 48-square-meter one-bedroom unit to look and to feel like a lounge bar.
