It’s hard not to fall in love with Sydney. It’s clean, efficient and modern, but with an old world charm that can’t be beat. The Land Down Under, in general, has always been a paradox to me. On one hand, it is filled with old buildings and heritage houses and Victorian terrace apartments, and aboriginal carvings can still be found on the coastal suburbs.
Down Under is one place to be for great family adventures. Australia is a vast continent, with so many diverse and beautiful places to visit. The day after the grade school graduation ceremonies of our elder daughter Annika, our entire family flew to Oz for Easter break.
Travel at any age can be tedious. We look forward to getting to our destinations, but the process of getting there is seldom without a hitch.
