Introducing women’s jeans that moisturize the legs

The jeans brand Wrangler, which has long been associated with menswear, has been expanding to capture the women’s market with the recent launch of its Denim Spa jeans.

The new line of jeans for women is said to be “energized by high-performing skincare ingredients” that will moisturize legs as they’re worn.

The event, held at The Spa in Bonifacio Global City, was hosted by TV personality and fashion model Karen Pamintuan. She talked about the Denim Spa jeans’ durability, quality and comfort features that pamper women.

Some of the guests who have tried on the Denim Spa jeans were interviewed. Laureen Uy said, “With sensitive skin like mine, it’s comforting to know (and feel) that I can easily slip into my Denim Spa jeans as I carry on with my day’s agenda.”

Next was Lissa Kahayon, who confessed: “Every woman needs comfortable clothing to rely on, especially during the scorching summer months. Being very particular about the jeans I wear, Wrangler Denim Spa exceeded my expectations.”

Then Camille Co pointed out: “Jeans normally restrain my movements, which is why I was not really into wearing them. But Denim Spa really brings a new level of comfort and you can really feel it move with your skin.”

Wrangler’s Denim Spa jeans comes in three different treatments—Olive Extract, Aloe Vera and Smooth Legs, explained Marty Tio, VP for marketing of Wrangler Philippines.

“These skincare ingredients are contained in microcapsules, embedded in the fabric and are activated upon contact with the skin,” said Wrangler Philippines president Daisy Yunam Go.

There’s also the limited-edition Carmen, an embroidered dress that can convert to a top when the girls grow a little taller. “This is the central showpiece in the collection. It is very special to us, named after our grandmother Carmen La’O Manotoc, who was the source of warmth and strength in both our lives while we were growing up,” explained Vanessa, dahlings, during the simple breakfast preview for their friends, little princesses and their moms who arrived in full force to see the shop and collection.

The moms and kids enjoyed deluxe giveaways from Mustela Skincare, Popsie Cakes, and a yummy breakfast spread prepared by The Manila Peninsula Hotel.
