Barbie girls and fans recently got to enjoy Ballet Philippines’ captivating “Barbie in the Pink Shoes: Dance from Your Heart” ballet performance, which presented routines adapted from famous ballet performances such as “Swan Lake” and “Giselle,” including Dance of the Cygnets, Black Swan Pas de Deux, Black Swan Pas de Trois and White Swan Pas de Deux.

The showstopping 45-minute dance production dedicated to every girl’s favorite fashion doll—Barbie—was the highlight of the event organized by Richprime Global Inc., the country’s leading distributor of branded children’s products including Barbie. Young girls in cute and colorful leotards, fancy and frilly tutus and sparkling tiaras flocked to the SM Aura Premier 3rd Floor Atrium in Bonifacio Global City for the day’s activities—the most exciting of which was getting acquainted with the new ballet Barbie collection and the many transformations of the iconic ballerina doll.

The stylish participants had a fun time chatting with fellow Barbie enthusiasts at the pink-hued venue, while enjoying the unlimited offerings of pink-colored sweets and pastries at the buffet table. A small selling area allowed the little girls to see the beautiful Barbie dolls displayed side by side, all in unique fashionable garb and pretty accessories that they could purchase.
