No to sugar-laden drinks, yes to pure coco water!

/ 03:25 AM October 05, 2013

A quick trip to the supermarket reveals dozens of sports-drink options—but the best is definitely buko juice, or coconut water. It is one of the highest sources of electrolytes, and yet it has zero fat, zero cholesterol, low calories and almost negligible sugar.

Some of the fittest Hollywood celebrities are in on the coconut craze as well: Madonna, Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Gisele Bundchen, Anne Hathaway.

But just like sports drinks, not all coco water products are created equal. Most are pumped up with sugar and additives to create a sweeter taste. Commercialism trumps nutrition again.

Nyogi, which tastes just like pure coconut water, comes from the best buko in the world—right here in the Philippines!

Nyogi has no sugar added and no preservatives. The ingredients list tells it all: just pure coconut water, straight from the tree.

Visit Nyogi’s website, Facebook page or Instagram, and get in on this all-natural health craze.
