- Paper doily (available at big supermarkets); for regular-size dinner napkins, a medium-size doily will suffice
- Scotch tape or back-to-back tape
- Cloth dinner napkin
Fold your napkin in half, then into a square. From there, fold lengthwise to a two-inch width.
Place the doily in the middle, then secure in the back neatly with a piece of tape.
