Club Bulakeño to raise funds Saturday

The Club Bulakeño event at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza scheduled this Saturday at 6:30 p.m. is pushing through, said Zenaida Tantoco, chair of this year’s celebration.

 

The founders of Club Bulakeño, Engineer Gene and Lydia Reyes, together with  Tantoco have decided that all proceeds of the evening’s event will go to the victims of Typhoon “Yolanda.” Club Bulakeño will be working closely with Gawad Kalinga to build homes

for the victims of the typhoon.

 

Many corporate sponsors and patrons have already pledged to aid the project but the group hopes to collect more during the evening’s fundraising.
