We’ve found a quick trick to preparing full-flavored meals faster and better

If there’s anything in common among Filipino, Mexican, and Asian cuisines, it’s the richness of flavor from the seasonings and spices that’s characteristic of their different dishes. But sometimes, preparing these dishes become tedious or time-consuming.

Four of the local food industry’s best chefs are coming together at the Flavor Nation Festival on May 28 to demonstrate how restaurant-style dishes can be replicated at home. Using meal recipe mixes and seasoning blends by McCormick, Black Sheep’s Patrick Go, Locavore’s Mikel Zaguirre, Tipple and Slaw’s Francis Lim, and Privatus’ AJ Reyes will hold live cooking demos.

To truly celebrate food culture and innovation, the Flavor Nation Festival will also feature a selection of up and coming food concepts, serving up a variety of dishes from wagyu beef to brick-oven pizza to ice pop desserts. Guests will also be able to enjoy music from local acts Tandems ’91 and Jensen and the Flips.

McCormick Flavor Nation Festival runs at the BGC Ampitheater from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on May 28. This event is co-presented by F&B Report. For more information, visit their Facebook page.
