Don’t let the tape show!

Wrap gifts neatly without visible tape. Tie Me Up Buttercup store manager Mart Abordo shows how to wrap elegant-looking gifts. They’re easy to open, too!

1. Prepare materials:

  • Box
  • Wrapping paper
  • Scotch tape
  • Scissors or tape dispenser
  • Double-sided tape
  • Tag or ribbon

2. Lay box on top of wrapping paper. Fold paper and cover half of the box; secure with Scotch tape.

3. Make a small fold on the other edge of the paper, around one inch away from the edge.

4. Cover the box, secure end with double-sided tape.

8. Repeat on the other side. Make sure no tapes show. Top with card or ribbon. Irene C. Perez
