And, indeed, the Queen City was fashion’s retreat this year when Inquirer Lifestyle and Samsung’s annual “Face-Off” once more traveled to the South, bringing together 11 Cebu designers and 10 from Manila to celebrate bridal style. Cebu’s elite filled up Radisson Blu’s Santa Maria Ballroom to witness the Filipino Bridal Collection.
