Many people seem to forget that aside from being a multi-million dollar record producer, Grammy Award-winning artist, and an aspiring presidential candidate, Kanye West is just like any other father who hates in-app purchases that prey on innocent kids.
So when he handed his daughter North an iPad, and found such a high billing fee on his credit card, he went on one of his many, all-out Twitter rants.

Though Kanye didn’t specify which game it is that’s entertaining North (and costing him $$$), he seems to be going after any kind of game that offers up paid options.

The irony of the situation? His wife, Kim Kardashian-West, is earning millions from the in-app purchases available in her own app, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood. The app may be for free, but it requires a lot of actual spending to get virtual clothes and other upgrades. She defended her app late last year on the Today show saying, “You just have to make sure that your parental controls are all set. I think you just have to be responsible, and don’t have your credit card linked to where your kid can just spend if they want to, or ask permission.”
Well, I guess the couple just has to talk it out between themselves, and make sure the iPad is on safe mode next time they hand it to North.
