Bring summer colors into your home by digging up old containers like little tea or shot glasses and making them into vases for unique floral arrangements.

 

You will need:

 

• Assorted fresh flowers
• Assorted tea or shot glasses or pots
• Tea light candles
• Mirror plate or any big tray

 

Fill the containers with water and with fresh blooms. Cut the latter short for a tight, bunched look.

 

Place the mirror plate or tray at the center of your table.

 

Arrange the containers on the plate or tray artfully, along with tea light candles.

 

Tip: Using one type of flower on each container creates a more intense color.
