For its second leg, the Avida Food Hunt brings its unique food challenge to the streets of Taft Avenue in Pasay, the site of Avida Towers Prime Taft. Located just minutes from premier schools in Manila such as De La Salle University, Arellano University, Philippine Women’s University, De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, San Isidro Catholic School and St. Scholastica’s College, Avida Towers Prime Taft also has the advantage of being the condominium development in the area nearest to three major cities and its centers—Manila’s Taft Avenue, Makati’s central business district and the top commercial centers in Pasay.

With students, families, and young urban professionals converging in Taft, it has become a priority for these homeowners to find amazing dining destinations that will suit their budget and tastes. The Avida Food Hunt takes on this challenge as participants embark on an exciting trip to discover affordable yet great food finds within the vicinity of Avida Towers Prime Taft.

Just in time for back-to-school season, the dishes and restaurants featured in this Food Hunt will surely give students and parents alike great ideas on how they can maximize their allowance.

Black and White’s famous Burger & Bacon Extra Special is a must-try along with a refreshing glass of their special red iced tea.

The next destination is one of the longest-running Japanese restaurants in the Buendia-Pasay area, Nemoto Japanese Restaurant. The restaurant offers authentic Japanese dishes from freshly sourced ingredients. Nemoto’s regular customers favor their Special Mix Maki. Their variety of must-try fares are the maguro (tuna) sashimi, ebi (prawn) and kisu (fish) tempura, and yasai itame (stir fry vegetables).

Foodies may sample their wide array of grilled steaks, including the highly recommended succulent porterhouse and T-bone steak at a fraction of the cost.
