CLEAN, silky cut—the back part is shaved while the front part is kept long.

“I want guys to experiment with colors, but colors that are subtle and not flashy.”

Thus explained Laurent Hebert before he started giving our model a haircut and treatment.

BY USING wax, the cut is made versatile, and one can play with textures.

Using a shade with natural sun-kissed effect, Hebert used highlight and mixed it with toner, and the process was not as long, compared to that in other salons.

As for the haircut, he shortened the back but left the front with a manageable length. It was a modern, innocent look, flat and silky, maintained only with hairspray.

Using a unique Franck Provost cutting technique, this hairstyle can be styled another way. One can experiment with the same hairstyle to give it a rock ‘n’ roll look, with the simple use of wax. The cuts and textures are then accentuated. Luis Carlo San Juan
