Solaire Resort and Casino’s signature Japanese restaurant Yakumi serves up a feast of Japanese specialties at a lunch buffet every Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 20-28 and Oct. 4-12, from 11:30 a.m. till 2:30 p.m.
There will be fresh sashimi, dishes done on-the-spot to preserve the freshness of the cuisine; hot dishes such as Buta no Kakuni, braised Berkshire pork belly; Beef Hobayaki, beef ribeye with hoba leaf miso sauce; Fish teriyaki with flavor of cedar sheet.
There’s also the mouthwatering Sukiyaki, Tonkatsu, Pork cutlet or Chicken cutlet; or the savory tempura and mouthwatering teppanyaki selections such as Yasai Itame, stir-fried vegetables, Black Tiger Prawns, Blue Marlin Fillet, US Prime Tenderloin.
