Beauty regimen—morning:
I cleanse my face during my bath; I apply toner and serum, moisturize, and protect my skin with SPF70 sunblock.
For my body, I use light body wash and light body oil or lotion before dressing, then I spray aromatherapy cologne.
Evening: I cleanse with the same facial wash I had used during my bath, then I apply toner and serum. I moisturize with retinol-loaded cream, then I splash on baby cologne.
For my body, I use body scrub or baby soap with loofah then put on heavier lotion for moisturizing.
Tried and tested beauty tips:
Retinol is a powerful agent in sloughing away dead skin cells, exposing younger, smoother skin. I use it regularly, taking care not to be heavily exposed to the sun which will cause much damage. Protecting with the daily use of sunblock has made a huge difference in my skin’s appearance.
Definition of beauty:
A happy hear
Beauty advice for young readers:
As with anything, in fashion, skincare, makeup and hairstyle, age must be of prime consideration. Outward presentation and conduct have varied degrees of appropriateness based on one’s age. They’re a key to eliciting respect from people around you.

Beauty regimen:
I have a very simple skincare regimen: I use a facial cleanser from my dermatologist, both in the morning and at night. In the morning, I apply a mild moisturizer with SPF, and at night, a pore refiner, also from my dermatologist. I try not to wear makeup unless I have to, and I avoid the sun as much as I can.
Tried and tested beauty tips:
Always get the best, most updated haircut possible for your hair type, length and lifestyle. Don’t get stuck in a rut: A dated hairstyle can add years to your age. Never look overly coiffed with nary a hair out of place—also very aging. Instead, always add a slightly disheveled, natural and effortless factor to your look.
Definition of beauty:
A woman’s true beauty is the totality of her being and state of mind thus far—life and love experiences, wisdom, disposition and outlook on life. If you’re happy with your life and who you are, why alter drastically what your physical state conveys about your inner self?
Beauty advice for young readers:
Avoid being overly styled, too coordinated and “matchy-matchy.” It may take effort to look effortless in the beginning, but try it!
To avoid fashion victimization, which can push the clock forward prematurely, try not to look like you’ve just stepped out of a fashion magazine. (Read fashion mag from time to time, but just to keep current and still look good.)

Beauty regimen— morning:
Along with exercise and fresh vegetable juice, I cleanse my face, apply facial essence and moisturizer with SPF. I also apply sunscreen throughout the day.
Evening: I cleanse and apply vitamin C serum. Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!
Tried and tested beauty tips:
Stick with a brand you trust. I have been using SKII skincare products for the past 15 years.
Definition of beauty:
I find beauty in a person’s uniqueness. What makes a person beautiful is that rare thing a person has. Of course, it has to be balanced with a beautiful personality as well. A physically beautiful person ceases to be beautiful when s/he is terrible inside.
Beauty advice for young readers:
I think physical beauty is a reflection of what a person is inside so to be beautiful, one should try to have a positive outlook. Be happy!
Know yourself, your assets and your shortcomings. Enhance your assets and try to turn attention away from your flaws. Do not be victimized by trends. If a trend doesn’t suit you, stay away from it!
You don’t have to spend a fortune on makeup. There are affordable brands out there that do just as well as luxury brands. Expensive is not always better.
Most importantly, wear sunscreen! You will see the results when you reach your 40s.

Beauty regimen—morning: After cleansing and toning my face, I use Ponds gold eye cream, which I can never do without. I also use a day cream with sunscreen to protect my face from the sun.
Evening: I just apply a good night cream such as Ponds Age-defying cream to my face right before I retire at night.
Tried and tested beauty tips:
A woman’s crowning glory speaks volumes about her own hygiene and self-confidence. They say that as long as a woman maintains a great hairstyle, she almost never has to put on makeup anymore, because the cut speaks for itself already. So even if it’s just going to the grocery, I always make sure my hair is nicely fixed. I just then put on some lipstick and I’m out of the door.
Definition of beauty:
The real meaning of beauty is seen beyond standard perceptions and superficiality. A God-fearing, loving and self-confident woman is what I would call beautiful.
Beauty advice for young readers:
When it comes to any beauty regimen, diet or exercise program, key is moderation. Too much of anything may backfire and turn out to be a curse.

Beauty regimen:
Clean is beautiful so cleansing is the foundation of my regimen.
Tried and tested beauty tips:
Beauty is often the result of how we treat our bodies. It is what’s within that will certainly define how we look outside. The tried and tested tips work best—maintain the regimen that fits you and your lifestyle; exercise moderation in all its forms; move your body as much as you can; and always believe that beauty is individual and, as such, is incomparable.
Definition of beauty:
Feeling good about oneself is what is most beautiful for me. It is the coupling of one’s peace of mind and confidence that translates to an arrestingly beautiful person.

Beauty regimen— morning: Brisk walk
Evening: Bikram yoga
Tried and tested beauty tips:
I swear by Bio-oil for my face and body; Murad serum, moisturizer and eye cream; Clinique for overdry skin; Neutrogena sunblock. Of course, water is the cheapest. I take gallons of it!
Definition of beauty:
Beauty is seen in the inner self of a person—how you think, how you feel, how you dress, how you carry yourself. The way you talk speaks volumes about who you are.
Beauty advice for young readers:
In anything you do, know your limitations.
