The most important events in a woman’s life are her debut, her wedding, the birth of her first child, and, perhaps, her separation, n’est ces pas?
Celebrating her debut recently at Salon de Ning of Manila Peninsula was Sophia Ricafort Climaco, a Business Management graduate of Ateneo de Manila. She is the granddaughter of Benny and Nona Ricafort, and Agustin and Rosario Climaco from Cebu.
With her parents Emmanuel and Monica Climaco and sisters Michaela and Gaby, Sophia welcomed the invitees.
Philipp Tampus made the debutante’s gown while Dino Lloren did the gowns for her sisters. Her mom’s gown was by Ronald Enrico. All of them are fashion designers from Cebu, palangga.
An endless spread of the most scrumptious dishes was served during the formal sit-down dinner which was thoroughly enjoyed by the guests.
The program was superbly hosted by Jelo Andres, a junior jock of Magic 89.9. Among those who gave the debutante 18 roses were her grandfather Benny Ricafort and young gents Miggy Franco, JV Pineda, Karv Cabiling, Benjamin Limjap, Emil and Kai Khodaverdi, Pio Neri, Enrik Benedicto, Franco Rivilla, Alphonzo Alegrado, Paolo Palanca, Ino Canlas and Mark Sy.
Cheers, Sophia!
