The prizewinning dance ensemble from Mindanao, Next Moves Modern Dance Company, takes centerstage in two free dance concerts on Sept 23, at Rodelsa Hall, Liceo de Cagayan University in Cagayan de Oro City.
Celebrating the group’s 10th year, artistic director Roger E. Odron showcases stunning new works of exquisite originality, side by side with Next Moves’ well-loved repertory pieces.
“We have come a long way, thanks to our founding director, Mozart Pastrano, and our generous patron, Dr. Rafaelita Pelaez and Liceo U.,” said Odron, a hall of fame awardee of the National Modern Dance Competition under tge aegis of the National Comission for Culture and the Arts.
