MANILA, Philippines – Jenifer Muring and Maria Michelle David both got the surprise of their lives when they became the lucky owners of fully-furnished condo units in Sea Residences (near SM Mall of Asia) and Grass Residences (SM City North Edsa), respectively.

Jenifer expected free movie passes when she went to SM City Lipa to claim her prize. She didn’t expect to go home as the lucky owner of a condo unit in Manila. Her winning raffle entry was a washing machine she and her sister-in-law purchased in SM Appliance Center.

“I took a chance. I never expected to win,” exclaimed Jenifer. “I didn’t even have an SM card at the time. I got the e-Plus Card just so I could join the promo!”

SM Advantage cardholder, Maria Michelle, on the other hand, was anticipating to get shopping money when she took the stage to receive her reward. She went home with tears of joy in her eyes and a brand new condo in her name. Her winning raffle came from groceries she bought in SM Hypermarket at SM Center Muntinlupa.

“My husband and I always wanted to buy a condo but it was just too expensive,” Maria Michelle explained. “I’m so overwhelmed with happiness. I still have a hard time believing my luck!”
