MANILA, Philippines — Miss Philippines Earth Jamie Herrell inched closer to bagging the Miss Earth crown after making it to the Top 8 of the competition.
Herrell, who wore a stunning red gown and matching drop earrings in the long gown competition, was the sixth contestant named by the hosts.
