MANILA, Philippines–The Senior Hub, a five-story adult day care and recreational center, is an excellent venue for socialization and bonding with fellow “seniors.” The venue offers therapeutic, educational and recreational activities like arts and crafts, fitness and wellness, games and leisure.

The ground floor houses Kitchen 56, a restaurant operated by Earth Kitchen. Dishes are made with produce from Got Heart Farms in Tarlac and partner communities from Luzon to Mindanao.

On the second floor is Club 65 where members can indulge in a game of bridge, poker or mahjong. There is even a home theater with reclining armchairs.

The third floor is called the Arts and Fitness floor with a gym operated by Life Fitness. Members can join classes in Latin dance, Zumba, Yeba, Yoga, Hula, Social Ballroom and even Ladies Ballet. There are also art classes conducted by well-known painter Fidel Sarmiento, president of Art Association of the Philippines.

The fourth floor is called the Wellness floor where medical consultant Dr. Isagani Rodriguez holds office. David’s Salon operates the barber shop and beauty salon on this floor, too. The massage area is also located in this floor where visually impaired, DOH-licensed massage therapists will be available.

The fifth floor is called the Social floor with a grand piano, a karaoke area and a social hall that can accommodate 75 persons.
