Manila shortlisted among Wallpaper’s best cities | Lifestyle.INQ

t0111thumbs-wallpaper_2Now for some good news. Believe it or not, Manila was shortlisted, alongside megacities Paris and Tokyo, among the 10 best cities in the Design Awards 2015 of Wallpaper Magazine.

 

Judges included performance artist Marina Abramovic, Wallpaper’s Designers of the Year 2014 Neri & Hu, and Benoit Jacob, head designer for BMW i. The honor eventually went to Tokyo, which is undergoing dramatic changes in preparation for the 2020 Summer Olympics.
