CLARK FREEPORT ZONE, Philippines — The 19th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta kicked off Thursday for another “Weekend of Everything That Flies.”
Happening until Sunday, flying activities such as hot air ballooning, aerobatic exhibitions, skydiving, and powered paragliding await attendees and participants.
