Top 3 paintings in Zobel auction

MANILA, Philippines—LEÓN Gallery auction of the Jim and Reed Pfeifer collection of Fernando Zobel paintings, drawings and letters on Feb. 6 in Makati City was highly successful.

 

According to Jaime Ponce de Leon of León Gallery and Auctions, the Top 3 in sales were:

 

1 “Garden Window with a Trumpet” (P28 million)

1 “Seated Man” (P26 million)

3 “Portrait of Joachim” (P9.5 million)
