Summer ‘samasaya’ at Riverbanks Center
Riverbanks Center (RC) has partnered with the Kite Flying Association of the Philippines to teach hobbyists how to make their own kites in all weekend afternoons of March at the open amphitheater.
Just as exciting are the motorbike and car shows on March 15 and 29, respectively.
