Luminous skin and bright colors are always in, especially during summer.

Having that fresh, soft glow is something I highly recommend whether you’re going to the beach with friends or just embracing a carefree summer vibe.

Here’s how to get the look using The Face Shop’s newest Face It Artist Cube collection.

Start by making your skin tone even, by using your favorite concealer. Make sure you apply under your eyes and other problem areas, and then dab with a little bit of powder.

Apply bronzer on the apples of your cheeks, across the bridge of your nose and on your temples to mimic where the sun naturally hits your face.

Using the lighter, shimmery colors from the palette, apply a bit on the top of your cheekbones and brow bones, down to the bridge of your nose to highlight. (Be sure not to apply the highlighter all the way down to the tip of your nose or it will look oily!)

Smudge eye shadow in a color of your choice all over your lids for a summery take on smoky eyes. Apply a bit under the eyes as well for a fuller look. Don’t worry about the shimmer falling off your lids and onto your cheeks; The Face Shop’s formula stays put. Curl lashes, and apply a coat of mascara.

Here’s where you can have the most fun: choosing a lip color. We love The Face Shop’s new selection of shades that pop. No need for constant retouching, these lippies are very pigmented. Choose your color, swipe it on, and you’re ready to go!
