MANILA, Philippines–Janicel Lubina of Palawan bagged two major awards–Best in Long Gown and Best in Swimsuit–in the Binibining Pilipinas (Miss Philippines) beauty pageant on Sunday night, held at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
Other special awardees were:
— Kylie Verzosa, of Baguio City (Miss Philippine Airlines)
— Teresita Ssen Marquez, of Parañaque (Bb. Jag)
— Cenniele Santos, of Quezon City (Readers’ Choice)
